Our Citizen and Denizen models are designed to be combined and can be stacked up to five stories high. With steel frames, the units can even stack on top of existing ground retail or parking. A revolutionary multi-family development

29 W is an apartment complex that will be built entirely from individual ZenniHome units. While we are precision-building the units in our factory, Caliber is preparing the site for installation.

Designed to be stacked

Situated on just 1/2 acre of land, 29 W will feature two towers of 90 total units stacked 5 stories high over existing retail.

Our Citizen and Denizen models act as building blocks that are designed to be combined and can stack up to five stories high. This means you can fit more rentable units in smaller spaces.

Coming Soon

We will finish construction of the 29 W homes later this year and deliver them directly to the site for Caliber to install.
