ZenniHome uses thoughtful design to focus on space optimization, sustainability, and smart home integration, making the homes suitable for a variety of projects, from single-family communities to stacked, multifamily developments.
About the Team
Bob Worsley, CEO & Founder
Bob Worsley is a former Arizona State Senator, author, serial entrepreneur, and founder of SkyMall. In 2019, he founded ZenniHome with his friend Stephen D. James, designer of eco-friendly, master planned communities such as Daybreak in Utah, to address the housing crisis.
Dr. Michael Schmitt, Chief Operating Officer
Michael Schmitt brings 27 years of manufacturing leadership experience from industry giants like Bosch and Tesla. With a background in advanced automotive manufacturing, Michael is dedicated to optimizing production processes and reducing costs to address the housing crisis effectively.
Aaron Lieberman, Chief Partnership Officer
Aaron Lieberman is a former Arizona State Representative and an experienced social entrepreneur with a demonstrated track record of success in scaling organizations. He founded his first company, Jumpstart, out of his college dorm room at Yale. His passion is to create innovative solutions that address some of the most pressing challenges of our time, including housing affordability.
