Every Citizen includes the Ori pocket closet and transforming beds in each bedroom.
It is equipped with all major appliances including a 2-burner induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, garbage disposal, drawer dishwasher, fridge with bottom-drawer freezer, and a stacked washer/dryer.

Every Citizen is built on an assembly line in our Page, AZ factory, providing exceptional quality and efficiency. By building homes on an assembly line in a controlled environment, we eliminate weather delays, streamline trade schedules, ensure precision construction, enhance efficiency, minimize waste, and maintain consistent quality.
While we precision-build your Citizen to your design specifications, you prepare your foundation and obtain all necessary permits. This saves significant time and money, ensuring a seamless and efficient construction experience.
Once your foundation is prepped, we will deliver your finished home directly to your site. ZenniHome models are built to be shipped. They are the same dimensions as a standard shipping container allowing them to move by semi-truck, train, or boat with no special permits.
Estimated shipping costs are $8 / mile for the Citizen.
Once your Citizen is delivered, it can be set up on site in a matter of days. Your home arrives as two modules equipped with all finishes completed to perfection. This includes the flooring, paint, cabinets, appliances, and bathroom fixtures.
You will work with your general contractor to set the modules on the prepared foundation and finish the mate line.
